Tom Larimer, AIA, NCARB
Tom Larimer, NCARB, LED AP, is a licensed architect in six states with 30 years of experience designing sports and entertainment venues, mixed-use districts, and civic spaces. As Principal of Larimer Design, he has led award-winning fan and player renovtions for MLB, MiLB, NFL, and USL clients—including Truist Park, Petco Park, Recreation Park, and Diamond Stadium. A recognized industry expert, his work has been featured on ESPN and in national publications. Tom brings proven leadership in client engagement, design innovation, and cross-disciplinary team-building.
Dave Oster
For over 30 years, Dave Oster has been a leading executive in Minor League Baseball and ECHL hockey, recognized for turning fan experience enhancements into sustainable revenue growth. Having served as President or GM of six franchises and as the past owner of the Watertown Rapids, he has built award-winning teams known for innovative branding, marketing, and community engagement. His leadership on projects like Wilmington’s Legends Stadium and The Diamond’s major renovation showcases his ability to transform venues into high-performing, fan-centric destinations.
Theresa Coolahan
Theresa Coolahan, is a seasoned architect with over 25 years of project management experience, specializing in commercial, mixed-use urban revitalization, retail, and sports venue design. She has led and contributed to numerous high-profile projects across the country, seamlessly blending innovative design with practical, client-focused solutions. Her portfolio includes the recently renovated Gallagher Square at Petco Park and Chelsea Market, both recognized for their community impact and design excellence. A dedicated advocate for design integrity and sustainability, Theresa continues to shape the built environment with creativity, precision, and a visionary approach.
