braves markets

The Braves Market grab-&-go concepts replaced two traditional concession stands with a more intuitive, convenience-store-inspired approach to game-day food and beverage. Designed around speed, visibility, and guest choice, each Market transforms the conventional concession transaction into a self-directed shopping experience designed to serve more fans in less time.

A seven-bay, back-fed reach-in cooler provides floor-to-ceiling access to pre-packaged beverages, keeping a broad selection visible and readily available while allowing staff to replenish from behind. Existing prep kitchens were converted to incorporate wall-to-wall holding slides, bringing prepared food directly to the point of purchase and reducing friction between guests and their selections.

Self-checkout kiosks anchor each Market, allowing guests to browse, select, and pay with minimal transaction time. The combination of high-capacity product display, streamlined food holding, and self-service checkout creates a more efficient operation with the potential for significantly greater throughput during peak game-day periods.

The result is a concession model designed to move more fans through the transaction process, reduce operational friction, and create greater revenue potential from existing concession footprints.
