Extensive remodel of an existing, two-story single-family residence with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Located in San Diego’s coveted Sunset Cliff neighborhood, the remodel focused on creating a "Great Room", with an open Kitchen, Dining Area and Living Room, a new Pantry, remodeled Bathroom and Powder Room, and creating a fourth bedroom on the ground floor. Improvements to the second floor included a reoriented Family Room, designed to maximize views toward the ocean and organized around a new gas fireplace.
